One story, many questions

A single strong story can answer several questions — just change the angle.

Example — your "difficult customer" story answers:

"Tell me about great service."
"Describe a difficult customer."
"A time you stayed calm under pressure."
"A time you went above and beyond."

Step 3

Add specifics

Vague sounds like everyone. Specific sounds like you.

✕ VAGUE"I helped many customers and they were happy."

✓ SPECIFIC"On a busy Friday, I served about 40 guests an hour, and one regular thanked me for remembering her usual order."

Add numbers, names, and a small sensory detail. They make you memorable and believable.

Question: "Why do you want to be a flight attendant?"
